Branches Catering sells out their annual Easter Sunday Brunch

West Long Branch, NJ  (April 25, 2011) – Beginning in mid-March, the phone  calls start coming in for reservations for Branches Catering’s annual Easter Brunch. People from all over the tri-state area join their families at the local establishment. When asked how they know or heard about the delicious brunch, the guests respond with the familiar “Oh, we come every year!”

The brunch is quite extensive, consisting of a number of chef-attended culinary stations including the Omelet Station, the Mediterranean Pasta Station, and the Carving Station. These stations are rather popular since they give guests the opportunity to watch their food being prepared to order. In addition, guests enjoyed breakfast favorites like Eggs Benedict, Challa French Toast and an assortment of baked goods. The children enjoyed their own buffet of Chicken Fingers & French Fries, Macaroni & Cheese, and Penne Marinara. For the adults, the fare doesn’t stop there; also on the menu is a cold display filled with fresh shrimp cocktail, and fresh salads including Caesar Salad, Florida Salad, Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato, and the Tavola Italia display which includes grilled vegetables, Italian breads, cheeses, and meats.

For dessert, guests enjoyed a widespread of sweets inclu ding cakes , pastries, and Branches’ famous Chocolate Fountain with an assortment of dipping items. New this year were the Cotton Candy Machine and Snow Cones which were quite a hit. Coffee, Tea and Juices are served and a cash bar is always available for those who wish to accompany their brunch with an elegant Mimosa or a spicy Bloody Mary.

Seating is always limited at Branches’ special events but there are those who call way in advance and request a private room for larger parties. General seating is arranged in the Magnolia Ballroom which is always nicely decorated with table linens and napkins.
