Green Cuisine Catering Program: COA Family Beach Ball Ocean Event

West Long Branch-based caterer and event facility, Branches, has partnered with Clean Ocean Action (OCA) to launch its Green Cuisine catering program at this year’s COA Family Beach Ball for the Ocean Event on Sunday, May 23rd from 3pm-7pm at the Ship Ahoy Beach Club in Sea Bright, NJ.

“Green Cuisine is a network of policies and procedures – it is a mindset woven into everything we do,” explained Lombardo. “The basic tenets include a sustainable food system practice that is sound, humane, economically viable and socially just, activities that insure we meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, and a way of growing, shipping, processing, preparing and eating foodstuff that doesn’t deplete our natural ecosystems.”
