Enjoy guacamole, homemade chips, salsa & bean hummus & Bobby Flay’s New Mexican Rubbed Pork Tenderloin accompanied by Sweet Potato Tamale & Pecan Butter Appetizer, Tequila & lime-marinated shrimp & scallop “Martini” gazpacho served with crispy corn tortillas and avocado inocente whisper ~ Lillet, Cointreau and bitters
