Holly Gilmartin, Catering Sales Manager
A local girl from Freehold, Holly graduated from prestigious Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Event Management. Prior to coming to Branches, she booked and coordinated events in Newport, Rhode Island. Holly handles events both on-site at Branches and off-site. In her spare time you can find Holly relaxing on the beach, enjoying a glass of wine, or online shopping. Among the many Branches weddings Holly has coordinated, one recent bride exclaimed “I must have done something great in my life to deserve you as my wedding planner!”
Billie Jo Hartshorn, Catering Sales Manager, Laurita Winery
Billie Jo transitioned her line of work from her education in Culinary Arts to Event Management and expertly takes care of every detail at our Laurita Winery location. Billie Jo oversees the execution of all events including indoor & tented vineyard weddings, private parties and the daily Market Place deli. In her spare time, Billie Jo enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Guests are constantly singing her praises, as one bride commented: “Your hard work was extremely evident and totally paid off. You got every detail right!”
Monica Gonzalez, Administrative Assistant
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Monica provides detailed information regarding your inquiry for hosting an event on-site at Branches, Laurita Winery, or offsite at your location.
Jaime Fierros, Head Chef
Starting his career as a cook in Squire’s Pub, Jaime worked his way up to Head Chef of Branches when we took over Squire’s Pub 14 years ago. Jaime is responsible for the five-star food reputation we have earned over the years. Anyone who has tried his award-winning cuisine will come to the same conclusion!
Cliff Richardson, Chef
Hailing originally from the island of Anguilla, British West Indies, Cliff worked in his mother’s restaurant called “The Pepper Pot,” which started his lifelong career as a chef. Cliff manages of all our Laurita Winery private and special events along with many offsite events. You can find him helping out in West Long Branch at the Branches facility too! His attention to detail is like no other!
Gerardo Lopez, Operations Manager
A 10-year veteran of Branches, Gerardo handles all of the important behind-the-scenes details concerning equipment, set-up, event staging, and maintenance. You may also find him showing off his culinary skills attending a chef-attended station at your event!
